Sober and pensive, the leaders of America’s evangelical broadcasting elite ended five days of penance and soul-searching tonight (Feb 10th) at their huge annual convention held in Nashville, Tennessee. Although several speakers built a strong case for a return to the traditional focus on the gospel, it was obvious throughout the convention that Christian broadcasters are still struggling with a message and leadership for the future.
